Mr. Hernandez has been at the forefront of disaster response for more than 30 years, from Ground Zero at the World Trade Center to the aftermath of the Oklahoma City bombing, earthquakes, and hurricanes. His vast experience is invaluable, particularly for first responders who rely on PriusMED’s advanced technology.
Joe’s leadership style and strategic vision consistently drive success. He excels in strategy implementation, team coordination, and optimizing organizational effectiveness. His expertise spans Disaster Management, Curriculum Development, Education, Training, and Disaster Risk Reduction.
As a Department of Homeland Security Founding Member, Mr. Hernandez played a pivotal role in establishing FEMA’s Urban Search and Rescue South Florida Response Task Force. His deployments to disaster-stricken areas like Puerto Rico and Haiti underscore his commitment to saving lives.
