Steven White

For over 15 years, Steven White has been leading successful brand innovation strategies for organizations like Allstate, LexisNexis, U.S. government and several technology startups. He was the lead brand strategist behind Allstate’s infamous “Mayhem” campaign, one of the most successful ad campaigns in recent history.

Steven is a certified Mindset and Toolset facilitator of the FourSight Thinking Profile, a cognitive assessment that identifies individual and team thinking preferences in the innovation process. FourSight is used extensively in companies like Disney and Nike to enhance leadership effectiveness and help teams create awesome experiences for customers. He holds a Master’s degree in Design Methods from IIT Institute of Design in Chicago.

He is also a certified human-centered design instructor with LUMA Institute, a premier human centered design training provider with strong ties to leading corporate and government organizations.

Steven has experience in innovation facilitation and training for the U.S. Military as an Adjunct Faculty member with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU), MacDill AFB, FL.  He has supported JSOU creativity courses for JSOU at every component of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to include international engagements in Latvia and Uzbekistan.

Steven is the author of the Ancient Futures Graphic Novel Series, which won a Nautilus Book Award in 2023. Ancient Futures is a sci-fi fantasy graphic novel series with a dark noir quality. Ancient Futures is an epic tale told on multiple levels – a dark global organization waging a war on science, a rogue professor with an unbelievable technology, angels sacrificing heavenly status, and the super-dimensional force coming to oppose them…and one dude caught up in it all, just trying to lead a Dope Life.
