medBRIDGE is our data hub that delivers vital signs from a monitoring device, combines it with the video and audio signals, creates a connection between all moving pieces, and lastly transmits the combined data to servers.

medTALK

A simple smartphone web application aggregates and encrypts audio and video with real time streaming vitals received from a nearby monitor over Bluetooth.

The app replays these streams to the secure cloud-hosted hub while receiving an encrypted audio backchannel allowing the patient side assistant to receive verbal instructions from remote specialists.

medASSIST

A simple desktop / laptop / tablet web application allows any remote medical specialists registered with the same medical group to join an active session when invited.

While connected, specialists can view the first responder-sourced audio-video side-by-side with the patient’s streaming vitals while providing verbal or visual assistance to the first responder, and request assistance from additional medical specialists if needed. Assisting physicians may control the monitoring parameters remotely, and record an entire session for future reference and post-case review.

A simple desktop / laptop / tablet web application allows a case reviewer registered with the same medical group to view a recorded session.

The Case Reviewer can further annotate a session, generate a case summary report, and in some configurations, push a standard NEMSIS payload to a supported ePCR application for further processing or directly to the state registry.

Case recordings are available for Quality Control, Training, Legal defense, and can be archived.
