Beta evaluation program launched
Rolling Meadows, IL – PriusMED today announced the release of its updated medCLOUD 2026.77 clinical collaboration platform. This latest version introduces new features and performance enhancements driven directly by customer feedback from the ongoing medCLOUD beta evaluation program. Chief among the updates is a new, real-time encrypted chat feature designed to supplement the platform’s core videoconferencing connectivity. This allows users to instantly share attachments – such as reference data, instructions, and uploaded images – with all session participants.
Additionally, device-generated 12-lead ECG PDF reports and 12-lead snapshots are now stored directly with the session recording and made instantly available to all participants. This update provides critical utility when using vital signs monitors that generate these reports but lack the capability to stream 12-lead ECG in real time
Tailored for Emergency Medicine, Mobile Integrated Health (MIH), and Hospital-at-Home (HaH) applications, medCLOUD offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to make clinical encounters successful, fast, and efficient. The platform features interactive clinical annotations, high-resolution ECG streaming, instantly accessible snapshots and reports, and timestamped events stored directly on the recording timeline.
“We still have a few Beta evaluation slots remaining for onboarding in Q3 and Q4 2026; we invite interested parties in the pre-hospital (EMS/Fire) or post-hospital (MIH/HaH) spaces to reach out for an initial discovery,” said Michael Jahns, CEO of PriusMED.
“An industry first, medCLOUD is changing the way outpatient medicine is practiced today,” added Dan M. Mihai, President of PriusMED. “By unifying a currently fragmented ecosystem, we provide a seamless, vendor-independent experience. The platform combines multi-participant audio and video telepresence with the real-time streaming and sharing of patient vitals, alongside user- and system-generated annotations for immediate collaboration and subsequent review of all recorded sessions.”
As the demand for efficient, remote clinical assistance continues to rise, the medCLOUD platform is uniquely positioned to elevate patient care and enhance operational effectiveness in critical situations. PriusMED invites healthcare stakeholders, emergency medicine professionals, and mobile integrated health teams to explore the advantages of these cutting-edge solutions.
