Enhanced Clinical Collaboration now featuring an integrated trends dashboard, automated voice transcripts, and augmented reporting
Rolling Meadows, IL – PriusMED is pleased to announce the general availability of its second major release of the medCLOUD clinical collaboration platform for this calendar year. This latest release includes an integrated trends dashboard, server-side agentic AI transcription of audio from multiple participants, and an automated reporting engine.
The novel parameter trends dashboard developed with critical input from PriusMED’s Advisory Board can be used to monitor the rapidly changing condition of patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI), internal bleeding, pulmonary embolisms, and many others. This feature set may provide additional information that clinicians can use to react to changes in pertinent vital signs and stabilize patients before their condition deteriorates.
Additionally, a new server-side agentic AI audio transcription feature generates highly accurate transcriptions segregated by participant even in noisy conditions with multiple simultaneous speakers. Several HIPAA-compliant LLM models are available, ranging from a highly performant general-purpose model all the way to an ultra-specialized LLM trained on a complex medical vocabulary.
Combining these new enhancements with further improvements to the collaboration platform via the secure encrypted chat messaging system and optimized security protocols, the 2026.95 medCLOUD release is the most complete suite yet.
Tailored for Emergency Medicine (EMS), Mobile Integrated Health (MIH), Rural Medicine (RHT),and Hospital-at-Home (HaH) applications, medCLOUD offers a comprehensive suite of features designed to make clinical encounters successful, fast, and efficient. The platform includes interactive clinical annotations, high-resolution ECG streaming, instantly accessible snapshots and reports, and timestamped events stored directly on the recording timeline.
Additionally, device-generated 12-lead PDF reports and 12-lead snapshots are now instantly available to all session participants while also being stored on the recording timeline. This update provides critical utility when using vital signs monitors that generate these reports, but lack the capability to stream 12-lead ECG in real time.
“Offering physicians a consolidated vitals trend dashboard is a giant benefit in fast-paced care settings, while the trends feature also allows one to see a detailed history in both pre- and post-hospital situations.” said Michael Jahns, CEO of PriusMED.
“By supporting automated audio transcripts with real-time vital signs and parameters we can generate post-case reports with far higher accuracy and cut the documentation time significantly.” added Dan M. Mihai, President of PriusMED.
As the demand for efficient, remote clinical assistance continues to rise – especially in Rural Health and Hospital-at-Home scenarios – the medCLOUD platform is uniquely positioned to elevate patient care and enhance operational effectiveness in critical situations. PriusMED invites healthcare stakeholders, emergency medicine professionals, and mobile integrated health teams to explore the advantages of these cutting-edge solutions.
